I collaborated on the development of a new voice, tone, and MVP homepage for Lumen, a networking and cloud solutions provider serving midsize-to-large businesses. As one of two writers on the project, I did voice-and-tone exploration and stakeholder workshops and wrote net-new homepage copy, bringing clarity and personality to highly technical products.
